Right of withdrawal
I received the wrong item:

Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the purchased items within 30 days of delivery in their original condition (please provide the tracking number). I received a defective item:
If you have received a defective item, please contact our support team immediately with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item that is damaged
- A description
- Photo evidence
If your package was damaged upon delivery, please take a photo and send it directly to our customer service.
All claims for damaged packages must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
Without damage evidence from a member of our support team, we cannot issue a refund, credit, or replacement.

Exchanges:
We unfortunately do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the product to us and then placing a new order for the correct item.
For defective products:
If the product is defective, damaged during shipping, or otherwise faulty, there will be no return shipping costs.
If I want to return the items:
If the customer has purchased the wrong product, it does not fit, or they no longer want it, the customer will bear the actual return shipping costs and provide a return receipt.
