Shipping Method
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within Australia! No minimum purchase is required—just shop and enjoy the convenience of having your order delivered at no extra cost.
Processing Time
We process all orders within 2-3 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched and sent to your address based on the shipping method you selected.
Delivery Time
- Total Delivery Time: Typically, delivery takes between 8-11 business days from the time of purchase.
- Transit Time: Once your order is dispatched, transit usually takes 6-8 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, and external factors such as weather or high-volume periods (e.g., holidays). We will do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly.
Order Cut-Off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM each day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Where We Ship
We currently only ship within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can track the status of your shipment through the provided link.

Returns & Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer if the wrong item was ordered, or if you simply changed your mind.
- If your order is faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost.
