- After placing your order, we need 2–3 business days to process it. During the week, it takes one business day, but if you order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- Once your order is processed, it will be shipped and will typically take 6 to 8 business days for delivery.
Once you’ve placed an order with us, you can see when your package will arrive within just a few days. You will receive a personal tracking code via email, which allows you to track your order through our tracking partner. Learn more on our Track My Order page.

Damaged Product?
We're sorry to hear that! Unfortunately, sometimes a product can be damaged during shipping. In this case, we will always send a replacement package free of charge on the first occurrence, but we cannot issue a refund. If it happens a second time, we will refund the full purchase price.
How to Place an Order

Make sure you’ve selected the correct variants. If everything looks good, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. On the information page, you’ll need to enter the correct address details. Please make sure all information is accurate. Once completed, you can click the "Continue to Shipping" button.
The "Shipping" page allows you to review the address details. It also reminds you that shipping is completely free. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs. You can then proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Lost Package?
If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will always send a replacement before proceeding with any refund or return. If the order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, the order can be refunded.
