Shipping Methods in Australia

For shipments, we use the following trusted courier partners:

  • Australia Post – Australia’s primary national postal service, offering standard and express delivery
  • Sendle – A popular carbon-neutral courier for small parcel deliveries.
  • Toll IPEC – Ideal for larger parcels and express shipping needs.
  • DHL Express – For international and premium express deliveries where applicable.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia — no minimum spend required.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically delivered within 4–11 business days, broken down into the following phases:

  1. Processing time: 1–3 business days
    This includes order confirmation, quality checks, any requested customisation, and careful packaging.
  2. Delivery time: 3–8 business days
    This depends on your delivery location and the carrier’s transit time from our international fulfilment centre to your address in Australia.

Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods such as holidays or sales. We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor the delivery status at any time via our Order Tracking page.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or is not picked up from a designated collection point, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from any refund due.

Delayed Deliveries

While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control — such as courier backlogs, customs clearance, or severe weather.
