  • Order processing time : 1 to 3 business days (Orders are processed from Monday to Friday).
  • Shipping time : 3 to 8 business days (Shipments are shipped Monday through Friday).
  • Total estimated delivery time : 4 to 11 business days.
  • Shipping cost : Shipping is free on all orders.


How long does delivery take?

Our shipping times typically range from 4 to 11 business days, divided into two stages as outlined below:

  1. Processing time: 1-3 business days for processing (order confirmation, personalization, quality control, packaging).
  2. Delivery time: 3-8 business days for delivery (this time may vary depending on the delivery location, and includes the period from our international shipping hub to your doorstep). You can track your order at any time on our website: "Order Tracking" (at the top of the header menu), and feel free to contact us at any time if you have any questions.

Free shipping

Shipping is free with us. We cover the shipping costs and you can always find out where your package is via the tracking number (order tracking page).

Order cancellation 

If you change your mind about your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours . Just send us an email at  with your order number.

Complaints and missing items

If your order arrives damaged, with the wrong product, or if an item is missing, please contact us as soon as possible at support@poppywillow.com. Please include photos of the damage and your order number so that we can resolve your case as quickly as possible.

Delayed delivery

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (e.g. carrier delays or customs clearance). If the maximum delivery time has passed and you still have not received your package, please contact us at support@poppywillow.com we will be happy to help you.
